The Lodge Policies

  • Check In & Check Out Policy

    Check-In (Front Desk): 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
    Check-In (Digital / Online): Anytime!
    Check-Out: by 10:00 AM

    Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

    You may check-in at any time using our digital check-in link (sent 48 hours before arrival) and your door code will be sent by 4PM on the day of arrival.

    Please note that guests arriving after 9PM must use the digital check-in to receive their door code as the desk closes at 9PM!

  • Cancellation & No-Show Policy

    Travelers who cancel 72 hours or more before 6:00 PM on the day of check-in are charged no fee. Travelers who cancel less than 72 hours before 6:00 PM on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 1 night plus tax.

  • Pet Policy

    Up to 2 pets are allowed, with a charge of $25 for each pet. If you are traveling with more than one pet, it will be subject to approval based on the managers judgement.

    Supervision: Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier when outside the guest room. Pets may not be left unattended in the room unless secured in a crate or carrier.

    Pet Waste: Guests are responsible for immediately cleaning up and properly disposing of all pet waste both inside the room and on the motel grounds. If a pet has an accident within the room, guests must notify staff immediately. 

    Disturbance: Excessive barking or disruptive behavior that impacts other guests may result in the guest being asked to board the pet off-site or vacate the premises without a refund.

    Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are welcome at no additional charge and are not considered pets.

    The dog park is an included amenity for all guests!

  • Payment & Deposit Policy

    A valid credit card is required to hold all reservations. Payment is due at check-in. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

    A security or incidental hold may be placed on your card at check-in and released after departure.

  • Smoking Policy

    All guest rooms are non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking inside the room.

    Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

  • Damages & Noise Policy

    Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning required after their stay.

    Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure all guests have a restful experience.

  • Liability & Safety Policy

    Guests use all facilities, outdoor spaces, and the grilling area at their own risk. The Lodge is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to personal property.

  • Internet & Amenities Disclaimer

    Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

    Some amenities, such as the outdoor grilling area, are seasonal and may be unavailable during winter months.
